Puuluup

PUULUUP is the brainchild of Ramo Teder and Marko Veisson, both of whom are passionate about the Talharpa (an ancient four-stringed bowed lyre from northern Europe).

Together, with these instruments and their voices, they create a surprisingly wide tonal range, especially when combined with electronics, using effects pedals and looper.

Fascinated by the musical perfection of the absurd, the verbal audacity that can only be guessed at by their mad attempts to explain lyrics, PUULUUP are the "love life of windmills", the "lit snow", the "zombies who bring capitalism to the grave in style".

The two friends play with music as they play with words, sometimes creating their own language.

PUULUUP is folk, it's contemporary, it's funny and it's danceable.
